The absolute best choice for lowering springs for your 2022+ Lexus IS500 if you are looking for a spring that has been designed to work with your factory shocks, and factory bump stops. These springs have been engineered on a shock dyno and maximize performance without sacrificing ride quality whatsoever. Most other springs out there lower the IS500 too low which would REQUIRE you to replace or shave down the bump stop to match. Also, the spring rates on many other springs being sold have not been matched properly to the oil valving. The IS500 has mechanically adjustable shocks that operate with a servo motor when you select Comfort, Sport, and Sport+. These shocks DO NOT 'stiffen the oil' inside the shocks like you may read on some forums.

The Swift Recipe:

364 Pound Springs sit up front to perfectly pair with the front dampers and 560 Pound Springs pair with the rear dampers for a perfect balance between handling and ride. The body roll is significantly reduced. The IS500 will be lowered about 1 inch up front and .60 inches in the rear. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM THE IS500 CAN BE LOWERED WITHOUT REPLACING THE BUMP STOPS! BEWARE OF OTHER COMPANIES LOWERING THE CAR MORE THAN THIS WITH FACTORY DAMPERS!!! THE BUMP STOPS ARE A CRITICAL PART OF THE SUSPENSION SYSTEM!!! This is the way it should have come from the factory. Ride quality is similar to the RCF. Our car has TOM's chassis bracing and it still rides like a Lexus. The handling is significantly improved. Normal driving is more compliant. We also have alignment specifications we can send you. Our car naturally picked up double negative camber in the front and rear so its perfect. We aligned our car to RCF specifications.

Bump Stops: 

When the suspension compresses enough that the bump stops begin compressing (which will happen during hard cornering on a fairly soft car like the IS500), then the bump stop acts as another springing device in parallel, adding to the total effective spring rate at that corner of the car.
